I approach therapy in an open and creative way, using techniques and skills to help you understand more deeply what you've been feeling and why you may be feeling this way. With the right guidance, therapy can help you foster new personal growth and healing, that you may have struggled to achieve by yourself. I offer both short term and long term therapy, working with a range of individuals across a wide variety of experience and backgrounds. I work with a number of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, self-esteem and the feeling of authenticity, or lack of.
